Starting my company about 10 years ago, I have worked in a several areas ranging from logistics, lawn care and tree removal, and property preservation. While working with mortgage and rental companies, I secure, inspect and maintain foreclosed properties. Task management is essential in maintaining these daily jobs. I currently complete trashouts/cleanings that could take from 1-3 days depending on the status of the home, meeting all company expectations and ensuring minimum go backs. While completing these jobs, I have removed excessive home and yard debris and dispose of all materials at correct disposal sights. I currently manage properties in the South Atlanta area.
