Applicants must understand the requirement of completing work according to HUD guidelines and client's requirements and must understand the importance of due dates
Duties include completing the requested items on a work order
lawn maintenance securing, roof repairs evictions clean outs and ect. Taking clear detailed photos of all work completed and photos of all bids and damages. Photos are the basis of how we are paid, so attention to detail is very crucial. Potential contractors must have the following :
*ABC #
* Insurance E/O
* Truck & Trailer to haul away debris
* Lawn equipment: i.e., mower, weed eater etc. tape measure for grass
* Generator, air compressor
* Smartphone
* Basic tools for securing properties -KL/DB Padlocks/Hasps LB
* Basic cleaning tools
* Supplies to perform preservation work
