● Prepare complex property condition reports and bid submission
● Properly securing properties by changing knob locks, deadbolts, and padlocks, and installing lockboxes according to HUD guidelines.
● Assessing interior and exterior property damages to place accurate bids to repair.
● Inventory and asses debris and place necessary bids to remove.
● Winterize properties to ensure preservation during the winter months.
● Following corporate guidelines in providing photo documentation of every step of the process and submitting documentation to the corporate office.
● Light to moderate property repairs including roofing repairs, plumbing repairs/replacements, interior painting, remediating mold, carpet removal and installation, cleaning toilets and appliances, exterior siding installation and repair, handrail installation, deck building/repair, whatever action necessary to place a property into convey condition upon approval of stated bids.
● Performing multiple landscaping duties; cleaning gutters, mowing, weed-eating, pruning, edging, and removal of natural debris ensuring the highest quality of a well maintained yard.
