Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to expand operations, secure new clients, and drive profitability in the property preservation industry.
Operations Management: Oversee field teams, contractors, and administrative staff to ensure timely and high-quality property inspections, repairs, and maintenance services.
Client & Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, banks, asset managers, and vendors to secure contracts and streamline service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards for property preservation and maintenance.
Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize revenue streams and maintain a profitable business model.
