**Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess condition and identify necessary repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Coordinate and oversee renovations and repair projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
- Manage property security measures, including boarding up windows and securing entrances.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and property condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in property preservation, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations in Louisiana is a plus.
