I have 10 years in multy family maintainer.. I have knowledge and 10 years in electrical and plumbing also can remodel full aprmenra and houses.
I also have a trailer where I can remove debris on property and trash out apt or homes
Also have commercial mowers and I am able to cut and mow and cut down trees as require . I am ready to work and have all the tools necessary for the jobs . I can also winterize and de winterized property .. am a general contractor with interior and exterior contractor from concrete to the roof I do it all .
