The focus of DVFS is to prepare REO homes for listing as expeditiously as possible. DVFS services the entire state of Delaware and Philadelphia and Delaware counties in the state of Pennsylvania. DVFS is a full service company who performs initial services on all REO properties. DVFS performs all preservation tasks including but not limited to securing properties, winterizing properties, debris removal, janitorial services, and boarding unsecure properties. DVFS will also handle cash for key requests, evictions, and personal property storage. DVFS also repairs and performs full rehabs on your REO assets.
