I am currently doing Trash outs and janitorials for an investment company out of Live Oak, FL. I have done lock changes, inspections, insurance inspections, car payment letters, and winterizations when I lived in south Florida for King Mortgage Field Services. We did a lot of work with Santander, NVMS and a few others. If I can help in anyway, I would love to.
