Summary: Lead field crews to complete larger preservation jobs and ensure quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities: assign & supervise techs; perform complex secures/repairs; quality-check job photos/reports; coordinate materials & vendors; report job status to operations; ensure safety & SOP compliance.
Qualifications: 2+ years field experience, supervisory skills, strong communication, CDL (if required), inventory management.
Vacant Property Inspector / Field Inspector
Summary: Conduct scheduled and triggered inspections of vacant/mortgage properties and report condition.
Responsibilities: perform interior/exterior inspections per frequency; document conditions, occupancy indicators, damages, code violations; take time-stamped geo-tagged photos; enter reports into portal/CRM; escalate urgent issues (squatters, severe damage, utilities on).
Qualifications: attention to detail, smartphone with camera, reliable transport, familiarity with inspection checklists and reporting software.
Quality Control Inspector (Audit)
Summary: Audit preservation and inspection work for compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities: review job files and photos for accuracy; perform random field audits; generate QC reports and corrective action plans; train vendors on deficiencies; track KPIs and SLA adherence.
Qualifications: experienced inspector, strong documentation skills, knowledge of client SOPs, auditing experience.
Emergency Response Technician
Summary: Rapid-response specialist for immediate securing and mitigation (after break-ins, storms, flooding).
