We are a Local and regional Property Preservation company seeking experienced and qualified contractors in western New York , with the ability to perform maintenance work on residential foreclosures. We are currently managing a large number of homes in the area and are looking for serious, hard working individuals capable of completing all aspects of property preservation work.
WE HANDLE ALL OF NEW YORK STATE
In order to apply you must qualify with the following:
1) Extensive experience in residential maintenance and construction including but not limited to: Winterizations, Lock installations, door/window installations, Trash outs, Debris Removals, Roofing (Tarping), Snow removals, Mold remediation, tree and shrub landscaping, minor carpentry, Grass Cuts, Board ups, re-glazing windows, etc WE ALSO OFFER PAID TRAINING
2) Agree to adhere to strict work order deadlines and completion dates. (Failure to comply with deadlines will could to immediate contract termination and loss of pay.)
3) Required to provide photos of all work performed (Before, During and After. To communicate with and update our vendor managers on a daily basis. WE ALSO OFFER PAID TRAINING
5) Must own vehicle in good working condition and be willing to cover at least one full county. Must own all tools and materials necessary to perform property preservation work including HUD locks.
