I use to have a large preservation company that ran 5 and 6 trucks a day. I did everything from inspections, evictions, trash outs, locks, grass etc. I'm not looking to go full time again, but my son just moved to Redding, CA; Shasta County and it is hard to find work there. He is going to school and only needs part time work. He has friends that need work too, so i would handle the jobs and invoicing. I have a crew if necessary, to get work done. Looking specifically for grass cuts and inspections only.
