GPS services the surrounding Harris and Montgomery counties and its territories to ensure the properties that we are responsible for are preserved and maintained in a manner that complies within the regulatory guidelines. GPS will work to secure the property, conduct regular lawn maintenance, and winterize when necessary. We can also handle all aspects of property preservation, including minor and major repairs to enhance the value to your properties. Other services offered are job site and new construction clean-ups, re-keying, and securitization, boarding to help prevent vandalism or other risks to the property, personal property and debris removal with complete documentation and photographs., initial janitorial and landscape services including clean-up, mow and trim.
