I have been certified in Home Inspections since 2005 through AHIT. I've been performing HUD inspections for residential, commercial, and multi unit properties. I've been doing bank property inspections for NVMS, Sand Castle, and a company that closed called NCCI. I've coordinated and performed hundreds of clean outs, winterizations, lock changes and numerous renovations.
I've moved to Ohio and joined forces with Blind & Sons where I have dozens of crews specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs that I coordinate. I opened ICI Field Services recently because I'm ready to focus on field services full force utilizing all of my assets and partnerships that I've built in Ohio after moving here from Michigan almost 10 years ago. I have been an electrician since 1999. I have been a certified plumber and HVAC installer since 2016.
I'm focused and have large teams of men ready to set fourth in the Akron/Canton and even Cleveland market if you have business for me to handle.
