We have 5 years experience in rehabs, & preservation.The majority of our work has been done with HUD and Rural Development properties. We do complete & partial rehabs, maintenance and repair, clean outs & trash/debris removal (including bed bug infested properties) REAC inspection readiness maintenance, and pressure washing.
