Our team prides itself on being able to complete all work orders necessary to get each property in its best condition to be marketed for sale. We provide the following: Eviction services, Lock change, Lock rekey, Landscaping including grass cuts, snow removal and Shrub trims, Initial cleaning, Debris removal, and ongoing property maintenance.
Additionally, we have a general contracting team capable of completing the following: Minor and major electrical repairs, Drywalling and flooring, HVAC repairs, and maintenance and plumbing repair.
Please note that all members of our company are in the process of completing Aspen Grove background checks. All subcontractors that we work with will be required to undergo an Aspen Grove background check as well.
We pride ourselves on completing a 92% or better on time completion percentage. To assist us with our work completion, we subscribe to a web-based software Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) which allows for efficient management and oversight of work order completion.
