My name is Jeremy Tune. I am a co-owner of JJ's Property Restoration. We are a property restoration/preservation company that specializes in REO and FORECLOSED properties This may include but is not limited to Freddie Mac, Fanny May, VA, FHA, ETC. My business partner James Wilson and my self have been JJ's Property Restoration for a little over 2 years. Prior to us starting JJ's Property Restoration together we both preformed preservation work individually for about 3 years each. We have completed countless work orders and worked on thousands of properties in Illinois, Missouri and Nebraska. In the last 2 years as JJ's Property Restoration we have made a well respected name for our company and we are highly recommended in these areas, counties, states, google, national vendor list for reo clean-up and preservation, national vendor list for reo rehab and repair, realtors, local banks even citizens of cities that we preform work in. We have a current score card of 97% and we have never scored lower than a 90% on late work order score card.. We both were doing great as individuals doing the work but we knew if we were to come together and join each other then we would be unstoppable and he and I both believe we are. We currently work with Truassets LLC, Northsight Management and ZVN Properties. We have been a vendor for ZVN since Feb 2017. Since becoming a vendor for them, they have only been able to give us approx 40 assigned work order a month which we complete on time every time. We have been working with Truassets LLC since the start date for JJ's Property Restoration which was Sep 16, 2015. Northsight Management has now purchased Truassets and we here at JJ's Property restoration are not happy with the changes that have and are still getting made. June of 2017 we had a total of 15 crews. Each crew was a 2 man operation long way from where we started 1 crew which consisted of James and my self, 1 truck, 1 trailer and 1 stand behind lawn mower. Truassets did not inform us that they would be selling to Northsight Management, they failed to tell us that our pay was changing, they failed to tell us anything about the changes that were and are still being made. We hired 30 men, bought 13 trucks, 7 trailers and expanded our operation from 5 counties in south central Illinois to 81 counties spread out between Southern Illinois, Northern and Central Missouri and Southern Nebraska per the request of Truassets. Everything was going great until the buy out. We feel that we sacrificed a lot of time and money to expand and grow to help truassets cover areas that they had no vendor to cover and then they turn their backs on us and leave us high and dry.. Since the buyout we have been forced to do a temporary layoff of 26 men which all have families they have to support. this is because with Truassets we were able to have assigned and able to complete approximately 250-300 work orders on a weekly basis's between the multi-state coverage areas and the man power. Since August 1, 2017 the first actual day Northsight took over 100% of Truassets our total work load has dropped from 1200-1500 work orders a month to approximately 150-200 a month and it continues to drop. We have been forced to stop our trips to Missouri and Nebraska, do a complete company layoff and are having to struggle tremendously to survive. We are currently still working with Northsight management and trying to keep our head above water while we hunt for other companies that may be looking for a company of our size, with the experience we have in the business of preservation, restoration, repair and rehab. We would like to speak with you about our interest in your company and see if you may have room in you business to maybe add JJ's Property Restoration to your network of vendors.. We have our up to date ABC#. Right now we are currently Licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Nebraska. We are insured $1,000,000/$2,000,000/$1,000,000 General Liability and Errors'Omissions we also have $1,000,000 Aggregate all insurances are through Hanover Insurance Company, we are bonded in Illinois and Missouri in the amount of $75,000.00 which is more than enough for any city in these 2 states that enforce bonding in their local ordinance or code.
