We are currently looking for reliable Contractors to perform property preservation work. We utilize PPW and offer weekly pay.

- Debris Removal
- Professional Cleaning
- Winterization
-De-Winterization and pressure testing of plumbing systems
- Lawn Maintenance
- Securing
- Minor Repairs
- Roof Tarping
- Lock Changing
-snow removal
- Various Maintenance Work
- Boarding
-grass cuts
-lock box installation
-winterizations
-Dead tree removal
-shrub trimming
- trash outs
-hazard removal
-mold remediation
- renovations
This is a 1099 position.
Payment:
You will be paid Friday after a span of 7 days from the submission and finalization of a work order.
You will be paid through ACH Direct Deposit, it usually takes 2 working days to be deposited.
Requirements:
-General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
-Pass Aspen Grove background check
-Valid driver’s license with auto insurance
-Must know how to use PPW
-Must be able to photograph and document every work order
-Must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
-Must be able to bid any/all damages
-Turnaround time is 48-72 hours
