Lynam has a 3-person office staff, independent processing vendors. five fully equipped inhouse Crews, in-house quality control, trade specific subcontractors, and a 3,000 square ft warehouse located in St Charles. Performing full initial inspection/services at every property is our goal, including all allowable’ s we leave the property complete after the first visit. Which means we bid all ICC issues on the first visit. Our bids are extensive from the roof of the house, every nook and cranny in between to the very base of the house. There should be no new bids on our second visit unless there are new conditions. You get the complete condition on our 1st trip to the property.
We perform all repairs and restorations to meet each client’s needs and expectations moving the property quickly to conveyance, settle insurance claims, or the client’s immediate goals.
To execute our services our inhouse crews are equipped with all the necessary equipment/ tools, vans, trailers, and a stock room with all the industry specific materials.
We are detail orientated in our reporting, generating conveyance plans thru the various reporting platforms used in the property preservation industry.
