Secure the Property: Re-key all exterior doors, secure garage doors and install padlocks on all gates.
Remove Trash: Remove debris for safety and appearance from both the interior and exterior of the property.
Clean Up: Including kitchens, baths, floors and carpets.
Lawn Care: The grass will be mowed, edged, trimmed and cleaned up.
Landscape: To enhance the curbside appearance removal or cutting back of bushes, shrubs or trees might be necessary.
Winterizing: To prevent weather related damage to the plumbing system.
CO & Smoke Detectors: Installed
Board Ups: To prevent others from entering property until window/door replacement is done.
Pump Outs: Pump out standing water and dry the area to prevent mold and mildew.
