Retiring after 15 years of being an Certified Home Inspector, I have decided to pursue construction draw inspections for a few local banks in my area. I am currently using Abrigo Construct software for conducting field inspections for these banks. I am willing to learn and use any software needed to conduct any type of property field inspections.
I performed home inspections in Nashville and surrounding cities in Middle Tennessee. Duties include identifying material defects in home systems, structures and components of a home, in adherence to or exceeding national, state, industry regulations and standards, report writing and client report reviews.
Current construction draw inspection duties consist of reporting on stored materials on site, assessing the progress of the construction based on the timeline the lender agreed upon, and assessing the accuracy of the project compared to the original draw request for the lenders approval.
