1. No lowball pricing- We are not cheap and we do good work
2. Keep your percentages at 20% or less good laborers are costing more today.
3. We do not work for companies that penalize for work being completed. Trying to bankrupt the small man is not cool.
What we are looking for is fast turnaround in pay and vendor pricing.
