Annual Maintenance Plans
1. Basic Plan - $499/year:
- 2 visits/year (Spring & Fall)
- 3 service hours
- Filter changes, safety checks, caulking
- 5% discount on extras
2. Standard Plan - $899/year:
- 4 visits/year (Quarterly)
- 6 service hours
- Includes gutter cleaning, minor drywall
- 10% discount on extras
3. Premium Plan - $1,499/year:
- 6 visits/year
- 10 service hours
- Adds pressure washing, smart device setup
- 15% discount on extras + 48-hour response
Materials & Supplies
Clients are responsible for material costs (filters, caulk, parts, etc.). We can supply and invoice, or you may
provide your own materials. This applies to both annual services and extra jobs.
