National Mortgage Field Services (NMFS) provides both mortgage field inspections and property preservation services.
We are actively expanding our property preservation vendor network and are currently assigning and preparing for volume in key areas.
Current focus areas:
Georgia – Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb
Additional multi-state coverage is established and expanding based on client demand.
Services include:
- Initial securing (lock changes, lockbox installs)
- Grass cuts and lot maintenance
- Debris removal / trash outs
- Winterizations
- General property preservation services
We work with experienced vendors who can complete work orders with proper photo documentation, communication, and reliability.
We are building long-term vendor relationships and are positioned to scale as volume increases.
