Once a property is determined to be vacant, Easy Property Preservation Service will secure the property from unauthorized entry. Our primary goal is to maintain and protect the asset according to investor and insurer guidelines.
We document the results of all inspections with both photos and detailed written reports, which are sent directly to the client.
Our team will perform securing tasks including posting emergency contact notices, rekeying locks, changing locks on exterior doors, installing lock boxes coded per client requests, boarding up any broken windows/doors/sheds per client guidelines, and covering and securing any pools/spas so they do not become a hazard while the property is vacant.
