I have been in the Real Estate Industry since the beginning of 2017. I Started as a Purchaser evaluating and pursuing Investment properties to fix and flip or buy and hold. My Responsibilities included scouting out the prospective properties and inspecting them, determining the amount of work needed and how much money the repairs would cost. Subsequent to the company purchasing the property I would evaluate estimates, purchase materials and oversee the repairs assuring everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Starting in 2019 I started investing on my own and managed all of my own properties as well. Since 2017, I Have assisted in purchasing and selling over 40 properties bringing in over 20 Million dollars in revenue. In 2021 I obtained my Realtor license to be able to sell and market my own properties as well as represent buyers and sellers in the NJ Residential Real Estate market. I am a hardworking person and don't give up easily. I am a good communicator having facilitated many real estate deals and projects. I am quite proficient in analyzing properties and their deficiencies determining size and scope of work needed.
