Lock Changes:
-We will Change all Locks & Install Lock Boxes when needed. (key coded for you)
Security Drive by Checks:
-We will Drive By & Check the Property 3 Times Daily; this includes Checking the Interior of Property, Doors, Windows, Yard, Basement, etc…
Light Demolition Services:
-We will Perform the Demolition & Removal of Storage Sheds, Dog Houses & Other Miscellaneous Undesirables, Dilapidated Structures.
Removal of Exterior Debris:
-We will Collect all Exterior Debris from the Property: Haul It Away & Property Dispose of It.
Securing Pools & Hot Tubs:
-We will Secure & Drain Swimming Pools & Hot Tubs, Covering & Pad Lock Pool Gates.
Painting of Interior & Exterior:
-We will Paint Inside & Outside of the Property, Patch & Repair Minor Problems, Replace Doors, Garbage Disposals, etc…
Removal of Personal Belongings:
-We Store Personal Belongings in Storage. When not required by Law they will be Disposed of with all Other Debris and Miscellaneous Trash.
Board-Up all Unsecured Openings:
-We will Secure any Windows, Crawl Spaces, Doors & Other Openings Without Causing Damage to the Existing Glass & Frames.
Landscaping Maintenance & Tree Services:
-Include Mowing, Trim around Fence Areas, Remove Weeds & Leaf Deposits. This Process not only Leaves the Property with a Neat, Cared for Appearance, it also Increases Visibility of the Property.
Clean-Out of Interior Debris & Miscellaneous Trash:
-We will Remove all Interior Debris, Miscellaneous Trash, Hazardous Materials Including but Not Limited to Chemicals, Food & Broken Glass, etc…
