Operate a lawn mower & snow blower to perform grass cuts & snow removal; shrub/tree trim, etc.
Janitorial-sweep, mop, wipe down countertops, cabinets, toilets, appliances, etc.
Take clear and sufficient before, during, & after photos to verify completion of work.
Pick-up and remove debris and dispose accordingly.
General repairs & maintenance (install handrails, change deadbolts/knobs, install hasps/padlocks, remove drywall/carpet, carpet cleaning, sump pumps, etc.)
Perform bi-weekly inspections; verify occupancy status of a property
Meet & greet; meet utility vendors, inspectors, etc. at the scheduled time to allow access into the property
Experienced in performing winterizations/de-winterizations
