General contracting including: General Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing/wood work, Decking and Fencing, Drywall, Door installation, Handyman and Renovations, Tile and Grouting. Spent close to 10 years doing residential style maintenance, interior and exterior building work. Grounds and trash outs. Have had to do many on the spot orthodox repairs with little to no proper tools, prefer proper more permanent fixes but can think on our feet when need be.
