The legacy of Simply Maintenance began way back in 2002 when cofounder Tracy Hammons took his first job in apartment maintenance. Since that time he and his wife Ashley have acquired over 40 rental properties, flipped over 100 homes, and currently manage over 300 homes via Simply Rentals. Simply Maintenance is born to provide all the in-house services never available to Hunt County and many surrounding counties before.
