What We'll Do:
• Our services are performed by industry professionals who are licensed and bonded in the various areas of property preservation. We pride ourselves on having the knowledge to manage and maintain a clean and attractive property by removing trash and debris from grounds and common areas daily, weekly or monthly.
• Lock changes, board up windows and doors, and winterization.
• Ongoing yard clean up and lawncare services.
• Pressure wash breezeways and outdoor areas on a regular schedule.
• Remove items from vacated apartments before turnover and clean designated storage areas.
• Ensure amenities and public areas are in safe, presentable condition.
• Assist with minor repairs and support the maintenance team with make-readies.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Keep workshop and storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
What We’re offering:
• 10 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines is a plus.
