Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Perform basic mechanical knowledge, including an understanding of logic controllers and schematics. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks on time. demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Property Preservation: 10 years
Responsibilities:
Perform property inspections, and repairs and identify maintenance needs.
(Grass cut, maid service, landscape enhancements, Winterizations, Board-ups, lock change, painting, etc).
