From securing and stabilizing properties to conducting necessary repairs, maintenance, and winterization, we approach every job with diligence and a commitment to keeping each asset in the best possible condition.
Our background extends beyond preservation work. We also bring valuable experience from the banking industry, specifically in mortgage servicing, default operations, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. My husband and business partner, Tommy, also has experience as a project manager and estimator in residential remodeling. This dual expertise allows us to understand both the operational and regulatory needs of our clients, ensuring seamless communication and dependable support throughout the lifecycle of a property.
