Appraising since 1993, and prior to that, a real estate broker in New York’s Long Island, Nassau County, I have managed appraisers across the United States for clients over the past 15 years. During the housing boom of the 2000’s, I was the exclusive State of Florida appraisal firm for E*Trade Financial, and categorized as a Premier Appraiser (an appraiser with no restrictions) with JP Morgan Chase. All appraisal reports reviewed by me prior to submission to assure Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines were met. During the peak of the market, 2003 through 2006, I was managing 30 to 50 appraisers.
