The Sheleay Group is a customer service focused, full service property preservation company. We work with companies throughout the North Texas area to help ensure the properties assigned are preserved and maintained in a manner that complies with investor and regulatory guidelines and with homeowner association (HOA), condo owner association (COA) and municipal codes and requirements. We secure the property, remove any debris, and conduct regular and seasonal required maintenance. We provide date stamped, before, during, and after photos and/or videos of all work completed.
We are fully insured with general liability insurance as required by most companies. We can send a copy of declaration upon request.
