UNE Property Preservations, LLC offers full property preservation and inspection services. We provide the following: eviction services, debris removal, landscaping including initial cleaning,grass cuts,shrub trims and snow removals, lock change, lock rekey and ongoing property maintenance. We utilize the web based software Property Preservation Wizard (ppw) which allows for efficient management and oversight of work order completions. UNE Preservations prides itself on completing all work orders with a 95% or better on-time completion rate.We also have a general contracting team that provides the following: drywalling and flooring,minor and major electrical repairs, HVAC repairs and maintenance and plumbing repairs. Please note that all members of our company are in the process of completing Aspen Grove background checks.
