Currently I am a field inspection in the southern counties of Mississippi and the northern Parishes of Louisiana. I have been doing this for one year now. I was formerly a real estate agent in Chicago, IL for 15 years. During that time, I was heavily involved in REO sales hence I was doing REO inspections along with BPOs, Draws and Loss control and property maintenance jobs as well. Since I have relocated to Mississippi, I am more focused on insurance inspections. I have completed many property and liability inspections for NIIS and many commercial business insurance inspections for twenty-first services. I have both commercial and personal line certifications as well as residential property inspections through NMFS. My background includes several years as a HR Recruiter and several years in Real Estate. I am comfortable speaking professionally with anyone and am able to establish a rapport to ensure the customer is comfortable and confident in my ability to do the job. I am able to provide maintenance and preservations work.
