The company was founded in 2024 by Chanae DeShields (Lead Inspector) and Patrick Bibbins (Operations Director). Chanae brings extensive inspection and documentation experience, having completed 50–100 field inspections per week for national vendors, while Patrick contributes more than 10 years of logistics and route-management expertise from his career with the United States Postal Service.
Together, they deliver fast, accurate, and photo-verified reports with a strong focus on professionalism, communication, and reliability. BBB Inspections LLC uses industry-standard tools such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, Pruvan, and RoadWarrior to ensure every assignment is completed efficiently and on time.
