You can receive an up-to-the-minute status report at any time during the process, based in part on his modern fully-computerized office. If and when you have special needs, he will do his best to accommodate your requests. Raymond has more than three decades of experience in real estate appraising in the New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania real estate market.All reports are completed in accordance with USPAP and FIRREA guidelines and in conjunction with the state appraiser laws of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Raymond currently holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in all three states.
