Tim Stevens is a North Carolina Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He is a “true local,” having been born, raised and living his entire life in western North Carolina, which lends to his extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer.
Tim began appraising properties in the WNC region in 2001 after spending 25 years working in a local mill. He is very dedicated to his education of the market areas.
He also has extensive knowledge and training in appraisals of unique properties, such as log homes, rondettes, foreclosures, “green” homes, Energy Star homes, vacant land, listings, estates and appraisals for litigation.
Turn-time for your appraisal is generally within 3-5 days; however, please keep in mind that there can be situations in which an appraisal may require longer completion times.
