I am a Real Estate Broker and have been in the business since 2005. I have worked with Wells Fargo Bank and Wachovia bank listing REO properties and handling the properties from preservation to sold. I completed BPO's, and I acquired bids from local contractors, re-keyed the properties, had them cleaned after rehab, and listed to sell.
