As an Independent Catastrophe Adjuster since 2009, I have inspected and evaluated over 1,000 property claims annually — documenting damage, assessing structural and systems conditions, and producing thorough field reports with zero carrier-reported errors. I am proficient in Xactimate and skilled at working under deadline pressure in high-volume, multi-property environments.
