All ACM's Cleaning and Restoration Services personnel are considered part of the ACM's “family”. They therefore empower staff to communicate with clients and each other with authority and knowledge in relation to any issues encountered, and to provide appropriate solutions.
All staff including the ACM's Cleaning and Restoration Services office staff and technicians are fully trained and qualified - or are in the process of being trained and qualified - in restoration practices including workplace Occupational Health and Safety.
