Experienced Handyman and Property Preservation Sub-contractors needed in FL, GA, LA, MS, TX

As a sub-contractor for our company you would work on foreclosures and/or rentals.
Some of the types of work performed would be:
Minor repairs
Lock changes
Winterizations
Window board ups
Roof tarps
Debris removal
Grass-cuts
Shrub trimming
Requirements for hire as a sub-contractor are the following:
Must have your own equipment
Truck and Trailer
Smart Phone
Have locks and lock boxes in inventory
Ability to send and receive emails
Ability to complete time sensitive work orders sometimes with a 24-72 hour turnaround
Ability to pass a background check
Have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance
Ability to use photo apps to document work as well as provide estimates for repairs
Honest and strong work ethic
