Property Inspector- Field inspections are needed for banks, insurance and mortgage companies to determine if a property is occupied or if it is vacant as well as report the condition or any damages.
Need to have the following:
Reliable Fuel Efficient Vehicle
GPS
Laptop or Desktop PC and printer
Smart Phone or Tablet
Have an active ASPENGROVE #
Have a general liability policy
Current inspections types
Occupancy
Interior
Insurance loss
Contact (letter delivery)
Disaster
Foreclosure
