We are seeking independent contractors to complete work orders in north texas. We prefer contractors with prior experience i property preservation. You also must have a aspen grove background check; valid drivers license with auto insurance; General Liability/with EO; must be able to use Pruvan or PPW ( or willing to learn); must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision; must be willing to work 5 days a week, preferably 6; 80% of work orders include Lock changes, Trash-outs, maid service, initial cleaning, board-ups, grass cuts ,winterization,etc.
