Silver Sand Property Management LLC is a US-based real estate company based in Baton Rouge, LA.
We’re looking for professional and experienced turns, occupied maintenance and property preservation vendors in the state of SC, NC & TN.
TN - Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville
SC - Travelers Rest, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Charleston
NC - Charlotte, Greensboro, Durham, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Wilmington
Scope of Work:
• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
• Evictions, Trash outs, Sales Clean
• Snow Removal
• Roofing, Flooring, Drywall, Paint, Mold remediation
• Plumbing, HVAC, Electric
Payment Terms:
Invoice is paid net 3 days after a work order has been closed out through direct deposit (ACH) or Zelle/Cashapp payment method.
