The Bassani Group LLC is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors to join our
Property Preservation Vendor Network.
Job Responsibilities Include:
? Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections.
? Updating and processing orders via mobile application and web platform.
? Effectively communicating with your Lead Supervisor on all properties.
Requirements for the position:
· Must have valid ID
· Must have reliable Transportation
· Must provide own tools to complete jobs
· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
· Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions
· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner
· Must be able to pass a background check
Primary Work consists of the following:
? Changing Locks
? Installing Lock Boxes
? Grass Cuts
? Shrub Trimming
? Trash Outs
? Debris Removal
? Winterizations
? Snow Removal
? Fence Repair
? Roof Repair
? Window Boarding’s
? Basic Handyman Work
