Looking for experienced or non experienced insurance inspection professionals. Inspections are ordered when a new policy or renewal is secured. A simple inspection of the property is done with the homeowners permission to document the exterior, roof (with a camera pole) and interior kitchen, bathrooms and mechanicals (Electricals Panel, AC, Water Heater). The inspection is completed and submitted on site. Inspection takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
We are the most need of the beach areas including Jax Beach, Ponte Vedra and areas east of the River, Baymeadows , Arlington Hills. Work is available immediately. A background check provided by our service must be done prior.
Jacksonville area base rate is $22. Volume cannot be predicted however in this first month of service to this area we have seen 100+ inspection in this area.
