AssureProperty Solutions LLC is looking for professional and experienced Property Preservation & Occupied Maintenance vendors for the following states and counties mentioned below:

Florida: Polk County, Osceola County, Levy County, Alachua County, Orange County, Seminole County, Volusia County, Collier County, Charlotte County, Flagler County, Duval County, Pasco County, Hernando County, Citrus County, Levy County.

Illinois: Will County, Kankakee County, Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Vermillion County, Putnam County, Putnam County, Tippecanoe County, White County.

Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work:
• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
• Initial Maid Services
• Maid Refreshes
• Evictions
• Trash outs
• Snow Removal
• Repairs and Rehab Work
• Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work)
• Minor/Major Plumbing Work
• Minor/Major HVAC Work
• Mold Remediation
• Drywall Repair & Replacement
• Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages
• Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work

Vendors should have the following:

* General Liability Insurance (Limit $1 million).
* Aspen Grove Background Check Number (ABC).
* Own tools to complete the job on site.
* Prior Knowledge using PPW is a major plus.
* Any specific license is highly recommended (if any).
* A valid bank account for payment.

Turnaround Time:
48-72 hours.

Payment Terms:
We pay every week using direct deposit (ACH) method.
