Looking for independent field contractors, General Contractor & handymen for vacant foreclosure properties

We are a property management company based in CA providing full property preservation in multiple states. We are a privately owned company that has been in business for over 5 years and running, working with the top ranked clients of the country and the work flow is really good.
Looking for sub contractors experienced in taking care of vacant foreclosure properties in NH and MA.
There are numerous foreclosure properties that need to be tended to and maintained.. Must have your own vehicle, tools, generator, air compressor, computer and smartphone.
Have to perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, Do a proper inspection and report damages, re secure properties by boarding up windows and doors.
Perform rigorous Trash outs, removing debris and unwanted miscellaneous items..
Must be able to take a great number of pictures for each work order. ..
Payment is made every after 7days, through Direct Deposit/Check/Zelle.
